The team left this morning, will be traveling all day - arriving in the late evening at their site. Pray that their time together today will bring them closer together as a team.

Central America Countdown

Hello- throughout the summer, your friends at Grand Parkway Baptist will be a part of Grand Parkway Going Global. We have groups going to South America, Russia and Mexico. Our missionaries will update the staff here at the church of what's going on, and we will keep this blog so that you will be able to pray and stay in the loop with us!


Well, we're leaving for Central America
to the training center in t-minus 24 hours. Please pray for stress free speedy travel so that we can jump in head first to what God has ordained. I will do my best to provide the folks back home with plenty of information and pictures so that you can have an up to date account of all of the amazing things the Lord is doing and all that we are experiencing.

Some Specific Prayer Requests:

• An expedited process for the Pastors and their Visa's through the South America Consulate
• A night of rest and mental, emotional, physical and spiritual preparation for all of those going on the trip
• God's groundwork for his will to be laid down before in front of us
